Our production kitchen is a daily operational unit that produces meals for restaurants, cafés and catering establishments to resell. We offer a consistent quality product with a fixed cost price. This solution significantly reduces the restaurant labour costs, kitchen utilities cost, wastage and staff training.

Chef Nardia Adams personally manages the developement of the menu, pricing, quality of ingredients, cooking and packaging. The customer takes care of the sales and profit. We offer a wide range of fresh grab-and-go items that can be pre-packaged to establishment ‘s requirements and customised packaging.

Fudart offers full kitchen consulting according to the establishment and client requirements. Services include

Chef in a Bottle

We produce a Bottled range "Chef in a Bottle" which is available directly through us. We are now producing those flavours for some clients, but quantities are mainly in catering sizes for establishments who add these special touches to their menus. Flavours can be customised for clients without the Fudart label, at the request and convenience of the client.
